Refunds

Refund Policy:
At Insightful DNA, we are committed to transparency and providing clear guidelines for our refund policy. Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if we receive at least 24 hours' notice.

Refunds are only issued in cases of clerical or collection errors. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Please note that fees for same-day appointments, mileage, deposits, and lab processing are non-refundable.

For tests that have started but remain incomplete, refunds will not be provided unless an error occurred on our part. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
